The date of the General Membership meeting that was rescheduled due to bad WX

The date of the General Membership meeting that was rescheduled due to bad weather is going to be November 14th, 2026.  We will meet at the clubhouse at 10AM sharp.  All voting proxies from the October 3rd meeting will be valid.  The meeting agenda as posted for October is unchanged.  The ballots will remain unchanged.  The revisions proposed to the bylaws remain unchanged as posted except that page numbers have been added on every page.  I will have 80 copies for distribution at the meeting. One of our members has also created an index of the bylaws himself and he will be distributing copies at the meeting.  Linda and Allen have created, on their dime, TCC stickers and they will be selling them for $5 each.  We also have a backup site reserved in case of bad weather.

Curtis is having our November Friendsgiving event following the meeting.  It will be a bring a dish or beverage if you wish type event and I'm sure it will be as much fun as the other events Curtis has created for the Club.  Breaking bread with Club members is always memorable.  There will be a door prize drawing for a nice knife I am donating.

I will send out copies of the agenda by the end of this month along with posting notice again and sending out sample ballots.
This important business meeting will review 2026 and plan for 2027, and it will be conducted professionally. Although scheduled for one hour, it will continue as long as necessary to address members' concerns. Digital audio will be recorded on two devices.
