Hello Members,

The Spring / Summer season is on the horizon and is a great time to do a clean up of your lots and sheds. We would appreciate very minimal storage underneath of your trailers. Building materials, tools, lawn equipment, ect, need to be stored in your sheds. Please spray for weeds underneath of your trailers if not on a slab and clean out / re-plant flower beds. Check for rotten or damaged wood on decks and steps and give any faded / chipped paint a fresh coat. Keep lots mowed / weeded on a regular basis and if you are unable to do so, please contact a lawn service. TCC has made great strides in improving its appearance, so let's keep that going in 2024!

Regards,

Elizabeth Simpson

From Monty Weeks

All vehicles parked in Campground parking areas must have current tags and display a parking permit that has the name of the owner, date and lot number. Storing of any vehicle or trailer other than your travel trailer is against City zoning rules and Campground rules and repeat offenders will find themselves fitted with a parking violation boot that is $50 to remove. Hand made parking permits are fine.

Permits are required for any new construction and anything south of the Clubhouse requires an additional permit from the GLO. Structures built without a permit a subject to daily fines and demolition. https://tcclub.info/bb/index.php?topic=3.0 has all the requirements spelled out.

Dogs must be on a leash unless they are physically inside your trailer and excessive barking is not allowed.

The roll off dumpster is for member use only and any teardowns must be transported to the dump. Please use the small dumpsters first until they are full and for household garbage.

Club updates and events / Freeze update
Last post by Monty - Jan 10, 2024, 10:22 AM
Hello all,
We are closely monitoring the forecast for Monday and Tuesday.  Please be sure your city water is turned off and your trailer is drained of water.  If the forecast continues as it is showing freezing temperatures, the water system will be turned off and the park lines will be drained.  We will keep the water off until low temperatures are above 32.  That may mean water won 't be restored until Wednesday.   We will send out another notice closer to Monday if we plan to shut down the water system.  Stay warm, safe and dry.
