new meeting agenda and update

TCC update,

 The assessment and vote on it have been cancelled to allow more work on our offer on the land before membership votes on it.

 There will be a voice vote on golf cart parking by the pool fence.

 After the meeting, y'all are all invited to a potluck lunch at approximately 11:30. This should give everyone time to go back to their camp and pick up their dish. We will serve lunch from S28. We look forward to the Fall weather and the fellowship of our TCC community!!
